Through a combination of 1-on-1 and small group coaching, you’ll gain tools to zone in on the most relevant contributors to a runner’s recovery and performance, and get them back in action stronger than ever.

Think gait analysis and training, drills, plus evidence and experience-based strategies to tackle common questions (Shoes! Cadence! Strength! Heel striking! Return to running after injury!).
