We cater the training to each student's need to comply with their state regulation. Permanent makeup is not that difficult to learn. If it were difficult you could not learn permanent makeup in a short period of time.Â
The goal of this course is to build a strong basic foundation of the Micro Blading Brows technique and help you to be comfortable in handling Hand tool Pen and skin.
Opulence BB will issue you a certificate once we feel you have gotten the technique down.
