DurationDCSA’s Musical Theatre Program provides dancers and actors interested in studying Musical Theatre with foundational classes in Broadway Jazz, Tap and Ballet as well as essential skills unique to musical theatre including: stage direction, character development through song and dance and learning a choreographed routine.
Our Musical Theatre program will culminate in a performance of a full length production (TBA) at the end of the year!

Musical Theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance to tell a story. Students enrolled in this class will be taught singing, acting, and dancing skills used in the musical theatre genre

Learn fun, original choreography to songs from Broadway Musicals while in exploring different styles of movement incorporated in Broadway musicals, with influences from jazz, contemporary, modern and ballet in this class for all levels
