At Olympian Taekwondo Center, we specialize in Olympic sports training for children, teens, and adults. We offer a unique blend of fitness and mental training that has been developed over thousands of years. When you practice Taekwondo with us, we pledge to focus on your individual development through each belt level, with the ultimate goal of attaining your black belt.
Our facility offers both private training and group classes in a supportive environment. Olympic style sparring is used as a way to develop coordination, stamina, and mental toughness. Our sparring classes are conducted free-flowing, with contact being limited only by a set of rules, a time limit, and scoring system. Olympic Taekwondo is governed by the World Taekwondo Federation and requires athletes to wear sparring gear.
