Managing your working time effectively in this context remains a constant challenge. How to deal with interruptions? How to manage the multitude of emails while making sure you don't forget anything? How to structure a day while leaving just enough flexibility to cope with changes?
This workshop will allow you to reflect on your many priorities and give you some tools to get the most out of your limited time to better reach your short- term and long-term goals.
To identify your time wasters and adopt strategies for reducing them
The concepts covered in this course will help create structure around your time management skills and will help reveal any weaknesses in your time management habits.
Provide participants with: an understanding of stress; its physiological and psychological aspects; ways to identify the sources of stress; basis for better managing stress and fundamentals of priority setting and workload planning and use of various techniques.
