Students are encouraged to complete examinations through the Royal Conservatory of Music and participate in our five yearly recitals.

We offer a unique variety of opportunities for young musicians to connect with their community. This includes frequent recitals, special access to the Windsor Symphony, as well as numerous other performance opportunities.
Founded by Sister Claire Durocher in 1972, Marie-Rose Music Studio was built on strong values. To this day, we are still committed to excellence in education and to serving our community. In 2017 Claire retired, passing the studio on to Jordyn Severin.
We have kept the name, Marie-Rose Music Studio, out of respect for the legacy and hard work of the many women who helped to make this studio successful and an important part of our Windsor-Essex community.

We start our piano lessons for children from ages 5 and onwards. If your child is younger than 5, we highly recommend our preschool music lessons (ages 4 and 5) which introduce children to melodies, rhythm, pitch, and much more.
