Post graduate diploma in cyber security (pgdcs) is a one-year course provided by bse institute ltd. In collaboration with mumbai university's garware institute of career education and development (giced). 

With the growth of technologies, security and privacy has become a global concern. Cyber Security deals with preventing unauthorized access to, damage to, or inaccessibility of computer systems. Through Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security, the student will gain knowledge about strategies for safeguarding the infrastructure and securing data including risk analysis and mitigation, cloud-based security, and compliance. Through both theoretical and interactive learning techniques, this course seeks to develop the student into a professional cybersecurity specialist.

The academic curriculum of this data science and analytics course is designed to enable students gain an in-depth understanding of the key technologies used in cyber security, viz. IoT, Penetration Testing, Cloud security, etc. This course helps identify the various cyber compromising attacks and what one can utilize to asses and mitigate those attacks.
