Pre And Post Natal Nutrition

At Infinity, our team is made up of a group of women who are passionate about health coaching and being healthy role models to children! We specialize in both pre and postnatal holistic health programming which includes a customized approach to nutrition, fitness, and general wellness.

Several of our Coaches have their health coaching and nutrition counseling diploma as well as certification in nutrition and lifestyle during pregnancy, which includes education on various life stage programs for pre and post natal health.

From pre-conception, to during pregnancy and lactation, followed by nutrition from infancy to adolescence, we are equipped with the knowledge to provide effective and inspiring coaching and programs to women who are looking to become healthier for both themselves and for baby.
