Children step into a fun, exciting, encouraging, imaginative, caring and nurturing dance studio environment. With a weekly 30-45 min class, our preschool dance program introduces our younger dancers to the world of dancing teaching them the basic fundamentals of dance. You will see your child flourish with confidence, self-esteem, develop motor skills and make new friends whilst enjoying their class.
We incorporate props and equipment to enhance their balance, motor skills and coordination. We have created an exciting, unique and fun program guaranteed to have smiles, laughs, create memories whilst having a whole lot of fun!
Our preschool dancers have the opportunity to perform at our End of Year Concert. In addition to our End of Year Concert our Kindy dancers are given the opportunity to perform at our Mid Year Showcase.
Geelong School of Dance was established in 2009 by the current Director Emily Bradley, From humble beginnings starting with 3 classes on a Monday evening.
Throughout the years GSOD has grown to offer various dance genres and in 2019 opened their brand new purpose-built dance studio with state-of-the-art facilities.

Ready Set Dance as seen on Nick Jr, is a one hour Ready Set Dance combo class of Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Singing and Music and a whole lot of fun! The program is specially designed by industry professionals and caters for two levels of 2-3 years and 4-5 years.Â
Looking for a new activity for your little wiggler and jiggler? Our Tara Tots class is open to boys and girls aged 4 - 6 and our students will tell you - it's lots of fun!Â
We are extremely excited to announce a new program into our curriculum "Dance Cirque". Developed by Linda Burger a 7th generation European circus artist it is a class that we know our kids will absolutely love. They get to climb, juggle and learn tricks in a safe environment.Â
