Practically Ajay has been into teaching and training since his childhood. He was only 9 years old when he started taking language lessons for a 56-years-old un-lettered neighbour. After putting daily efforts for a few months, he made his student, probably the first one, reasonably comfortable in reading and writing.
This practice went on and he kept on teaching people who needed his support. He believes that learning never stops and that is why even after decades of completing his formal education i.e. B.E from NIT, Nagpur and M.B.A. from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune, he keeps on attending workshops and seminars on varied topics.
He comes with 14 years of experience of working with corporates like Adobe, CSC and Hindalco. He has been a visiting faculty in a few MBA and BBA colleges and also worked part-time as a trainer at TIME, Gurgaon and Career Launcher, Chennai. He loves to spend time with kids, loves gardening and writes poems in his leisure time.
Jaswinder:
One of the first characteristics you notice when you meet Jaswinder is his listening capabilities. Through his behavior one gets to learn naturally that Effective communication begins with active listening. His unique experience and maturity in thought process make him an effective and powerful trainer specially for one-to-one feedback sessions.
Jaswinder was proudly associated with Indian army for a few years before walking into training domain. He believes that he learnt many great skills in Indian Army which he passionately want to pass on to others. He has 11 years of corporate work experience in L&D field. He has distinction of working as a trainer and project lead with companies like Cap Gemini and United Health Group.
Tanuja Chandra:
Tanuja Ma’am has guided and mentored 10000 students seeking admission to premium management institutes. She has 20 years of rich work experience which includes 5 years of Corporate Consulting, Software Development and 15 years with TIME. She established TIME’s Gurgaon centre and ran it successfully for 15 years. She is B.Tech in computer science from IIT-Madras and MBA from IIM-Calcutta.
Dr. Priya Agarwal:
Priya is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 9 years of work experience. Currently, she is practicing at Cognitive Care, counseling and Psychology Centre, South City 2 and Paras Hospital, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. She has also worked with Jehangir Apollo Hospital in Pune, Medanta in Gurgaon, Army Research and Referral hospital in Delhi, HCL Avitas, Norvic International Hospital in Kathmandu. Her varied professional interests and her experience specifically into psychological assessment and psychology of adults help KOAK in designing its programs.
