Reading and Writing Fill in the Blanks: Similar to Reading Fill in the Blanks, but you also need to write a summary or choose the correct words to fill in the blanks.
Listening:
Summarize Spoken Text: You will hear an audio recording and write a summary of it.
Multiple-Choice, Choose Multiple Answers: You will listen to an audio recording and select multiple correct answers.
Fill in the Blanks: You will listen to an audio recording and fill in the missing words.
Highlight Correct Summary: You will hear multiple summaries and choose the one that best captures the main points.
Multiple-Choice, Choose Single Answer: You will listen to a question or statement and choose the correct answer.
Select Missing Word: You will hear an audio recording with a missing word and select the correct word to complete the recording.
The PTE exam is computer-based, and you will use headphones and a microphone to complete the speaking and listening tasks. The test is designed to assess your English language proficiency in an integrated and comprehensive manner.
