Reiki is a technique used to facilitate the rebalance of energy in your body – on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Reiki originates in Japan and literally means universal life force energy. This energy flows in all living beings and is also called Qi, Prana, Chi or simply universal energy.
With this technique, the Reiki practitioner lightly places their hands on the body or just off the body and facilitates the delivery of universal energy, improving the flow and balancing of your energy to support healing. Reiki has been used successfully in the East for many years and is slowly being accepted in the West for its healing benefits and to compliment western medicine.
The health benefits of Reiki:
The first glimmer of a dream started in 2009 when I qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher. I knew then that I would eventually switch my career from IT to teaching yoga and offering other healing modalities. My own yoga practice started in 2001 with Sandra Smith, who is still my teacher and with whom I did my teacher training.
On this course we explore how we can practise contentment and how to be happy with ourself as we are. We will discover that we have a great spiritual potential within that brings real happiness and satisfaction if we tap into it.
If you are tired of being an emotional wreck and exhausted by your emotional throw out, then this is the course for you.
Our purpose is to provide courses and workshops that bring about healing and good health through empowering both the practitioners and clients. This is done through the promotion of Reiki, crystal healing, Inner Alchemy and other courses such as Louise Hay workshops.
Healing Reiki Courses are offered by Soul Healing Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese word that comes from two words – Rei and ki.
At Inner Peace Healing the Munay Ki Rites are shared over time instead of in a weekend workshop. This is to allow for the initiate receiving the rites time to absorb the gifts that the individual rites offer.
