Sewing Me provides a great opportunity to everyone who would like to learn how to sew, refresh or improve their sewing skills. From absolute beginners to advanced dressmaking and costume making, quilting and patchworking, everyone can find something to suit their level and interests.
This class is perfect for total beginners. You will be shown the basics of the sewing machine; how to thread a machine, wind on a bobbin, sew straight lines, turn corners and finish seams. You will produce a cushion and you can decorate it too if you wish.
This class is for absolute beginners to dressmaking and sewing. You will discover how to use the sewing machine, make seams and understand pattern instructions. If you have a machine of your own please feel free to bring it with you to learn on.
These workshops are perfect for children aged 8 yrs and above. These classes are for children who would love to learn how to sew. You will learn along side your child to make a beautiful hand sewn project to take home.
