blended program 8 hours online learning followed by 7 hours teaching time. Or 13-14 hour program over two days, in person.
Recerification Course:
7.5 hours in class OR 4 hours in class plus 4 hours online learning.
We are authorized providers for the Canadian Red Cross, and Heart and Stroke.
Blended learning is available for Emergency and Standard First Aid courses. This would allow participants to complete the theoretical components online in their home/office.
Followed by in-class components that would build on the online learning by applying the knowledge learnt to do the hands-on skills.

Take the 3.5 hour in class BLS course to become certified in Basic Life Support (HCP) through the Heart and Stroke.
Teaches the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation including use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
This advanced level CPR class may be a work requirement for some healthcare workers.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and provide the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation.
