The sessions are practical, creative and experiential, with participants actively encouraged to share their story in the hope that they feel seen and heard without judgment; whilst those listening learn to do so with curiosity and openness.

Learning and practicing the three mindfulness skills to improve your overall emotional wellbeing.
4. Coping Strategies.
Exploring a range of proven therapeutic tools and skills to help reduce stress, combat anxiety and calm the body in any situation.
5. Effective Communication.
Improve communication and interpersonal skills with therapeutic techniques.
6. Nurturing Authentic Relationships.
Understand how to nurture authentic relationships in all aspects of your lives.
