Course Details

Stress is a natural response to challenges and demands in life. However, chronic stress can have negative effects on physical and mental health, including fatigue, irritability, and difficulty sleeping.

In our stress management workshop, clients will learn techniques to identify and manage stress, including relaxation techniques, problem-solving skills, and time management strategies.

For example, during the workshop, clients may participate in guided meditation or deep breathing exercises to help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. They may also learn how to set realistic goals and prioritize tasks to reduce stress caused by feeling overwhelmed.
