Course Details

Swedish Massage is the most common type of full body massage. It is the best start to training in the massage field and a foundation for learning other types of therapeutic massages such as Hot Stone Therapy and Pre-Blended Aroma Oil Massage.

In this module, learners are taught the holistic massage techniques to create deeper relaxation in clients, improve the quality of sleep, concentration, breathing, circulation, lymphatic drainage and the release of toxins.

It provides more support for increased energy than most massages. Learners are taught how to manipulate the muscles and deep tissues to give either a slow or vigorous treatment and achieve satisfactory results.
