Essential to the survival of all organizations, value creation is based on their ability to strategically manage their performance, that is to say, to measure what is important for the achievement of strategic, operational and financial objectives.

It therefore becomes essential for them to take their strategic objectives into account in their design of management control systems and, more precisely, for measuring organizational performance.

The dashboard is the tool par excellence for understanding, communicating and visualizing the strategy as a chain of cause and effect between strategic, operational and financial objectives.

This training is structured as follows:

  • a day of training on the dashboard as a management tool;
  • a week of preparation to collect the information necessary to implement it for your business;
  • a one-day strategic thinking workshop aimed at developing a complete preliminary version of your organizational dashboard.

Goals:

  • Conduct a strategic reflection on the implementation of a dashboard within your organization and support you in this process.
  • Better understand the link between strategy and organizational performance management.
  • Understand the nature and composition of organizational performance models.
  • Begin a strategic thinking process leading to the development of a strategic map and a dashboard.
  • Expose you to some techniques for designing organizational performance models to determine cause and effect relationships between action (or decision) and non-financial and financial performance.

Is This For You?

  • develop a dashboard for your organization or administrative unit;
  • invest time to think about the structure of the dashboard and collect the data necessary to create it.

Distinctive Advantages:

  • This training combines educational and technical aspects allowing you to develop your own dashboard.
  • At the end of this, you will have a strategic map and a preliminary dashboard that you can subsequently refine and improve.
