Some occupations in Canada are very risk, specifically those that handle dangerous goods. Dangerous goods fall under the government’s controlled substances, meaning they have to be classified and handling them is strictly regulated.
The F.A.S.T. Rescue TDG Training Program provides workers with the ability to identify, categorize and plan for the transportation of dangerous goods.
TDG training is needed if the types of products that you intend to handle (ship, transport and receive) meet the definition of a dangerous good, as defined in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Act and Regulations.
This up-to-date course meets all of Transport Canada’s training requirements under the TDG Regulations and is designed to provide focused comprehensive training in the principles and intent of the act.
