In these two courses, you will explore different ways of thinking about conflict, from how it is experienced to its various underlying causes.
Practice engaging with conflict situations and learn communication skills for building effective dialogue. Determine your own conflict style and gain the skills to effectively manage conflict situations using an interest-based approach. The learning focus is on you and your interaction with conflict.
By exploring your own communication style, you will develop skills to better communicate through personal or professional conflict situations. You will begin to understand your own response to conflict in order to manage these types of situations more effectively.
