Voice Coaching

My coaching is for students with none to some experience in voice-over. I will supply class material 2 days prior to our sessions with specific instructions on what the focus of class will be for the day. 

You'll learn mic technique, the 10 vocal placements for creating believable cartoon characters and how to differentiate the tones of Radio/TV commercial advertisements. 

You'll also learn my method for creating a read that clients want to buy.  Through your experience of the class, you will discover where your strengths and interests lie and receive support in setting up the next steps for your voice-over career.

• Work in a professional home studio, with industry-standard equipment

• Class material is sourced from professionally produced TV cartoons & Commercials

• Become familiar with mic technique, studio etiquette and industry terminology

• Explore your vocal range, in terms of characters and age

• Achieve clarity, diction, and pronunciation of speech

• Learn how to break down a voice-over script

• Receive direction on your reads and apply it to the next take.

• Discuss basic business elements such as voice over agents and demos.

• Receive all of your recorded work on an mp3 at the end of all classes

Class Hours:

 4 Classes - each class is 1 hour in length on either Saturday or Sunday between 10am to 3pm.
