This course concentrates on providing high quality training to prepare students to perform hair removal services effectively, safely and efficiently. This course topics include anatomy of the hair, cycles of hair growth and most importantly the do’s and don’ts of proper hair removal.
Students are exposed to all types of wax used in modern day salons and spas including hard and soft wax, sugaring, roll on and various types of depilatories. Through practical hands on training, our instructors ensure each student understands the importance of following correct procedures for speed waxing. This includes client safety, product knowledge, tools, sterilization procedures, cross contamination and pre/post consultations.

This 3-day course (taught in a hybrid format) will provide you with the theory, knowledge, and step-by-step procedure of effective, safe and comfortable hair removal on all areas of the body. The theory will be covered in the areas of bacteriology and sanitation, anatomy of the hair and more.
International Beauty Institute’s Waxing Hair Removal course teaches full body waxing. Waxing theory is also taught. Special attention is given to brow shaping and Brazilian waxing.
The Waxing Certificate Course is designed to advance your career in Aesthetics, Spa Therapy, or other related beauty career. This certificate is an attractive add-on for a potential client or employer.
Waxing is approved for sensitive skin, as it leaves the skin hairless and feeling extremely soft. Through this particular technique, the hair will be removed all the way from the root of the follicle. You can either utilize hot or cold wax.
