An 18-month diploma programme for aspiring chefs to gain mastery of Eastern and Western cuisines, techniques, herbs and spices through our unique Study and Work pedagogy.
The Culinary Arts and Food Service Management program combines the strengths of culinary arts and management to prepare students for a management career in front or back-of-the-house.
