Durban Language Centre is an established school based in a green suburb of Durban, South Africa. The school is only 5 minutes from the city centre and has a lovely garden, with a small coffee shop, where tea, coffee cool-drinks and snacks. All classrooms are air-conditioned.

Durban Language Centre (DLC) caters for adult learners (18+) of English from South Africa and abroad. We offer top-quality General English classes at all levels, from Beginner to Advanced level.
In addition, Durban Language Centre offers English, Zulu, Spanish, and French for those who are interested in learning these as a second language. We also offer specialised teacher training courses. These range from introductory courses for candidates with no teaching experience to advanced in-service training for qualified teachers who want to improve and diversify their skills. We also offer the prestigious Cambridge University CELTA and the DLC TEFL, and are the busiest language teacher training centre in South Africa.
This evening course is designed for non-speakers of the language who need not have prior knowledge of isiZulu. Learners will acquire a sufficient vocabulary base which will enable them to conduct simple conversation in isiZulu.
At Wits Language School, we teach standard isiZulu, which provides a strong basis from which to learn additional, localised vocabulary. We also cover cultural aspects to provide a more holistic understanding of the language.
The Alliance Française offers isiZulu classes in our premises in partnership with the Camoes Instituto da cooperacao.
Zulu courses is offered by DTI (Delcom Training Institution). Delcom Training Institution is also a registered institution of education and one of the best IT colleges in Johannesburg.
