Professional Instructors
With 25 years of teaching experience, Katrina founded Reflexions Dance Studio in Charters Towers back in 2002. After moving to Townsville in 2010, the studio has continued to grow.
With a team of qualified teachers and assistant instructors, we are able to teach a comprehensive array of dancing styles.
Creating Dancing Super Stars
At Reflections Dance Studio, our students can shine regardless of their previous experience. Every student can perform at the end of year concert, in community performances, at Eisteddfods, and in exams with the Australasian Dance Association (ADA).
Our kids acrobatics classes are an excellent add on to dance or circus classes, working on the core skills your child will need for an agile body that moves with grace. Students will develop excellent gross motor skills and core strength along with impressive flexibility.
The Acrobatics class is a fun dynamic lesson based on the current style of today’s gymnastic lifts & tricks. With the class being conducted by teachers who are currently in the professional dance arena.
Our highly trained acrobatics and silks teachers build strength and confidence in their classes, beginning with basic acrobatic skills and extending into advanced acrobatic and silks tricks with safety, precision and technique.
The Acro Arts program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Our Acro class are graded and are suitable for beginners through to experienced tumblers. Our Acro dancers learn how to flip & tumble as well as some basic contortion & partnering work
