This class is the perfect addition to a dancer’s technique classes and a great fit for dance team members looking to enhance flexibility and body lines.
We have professionally trained instructors that thrive on quality technique and have a true passion for the art of dance education. With classes in every level of discipline including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, tap, tumbling and fitness our students get what they are looking for in a dance studio.
Our students are also proud performers who participate in our annual In10sity dance concert and in several community dance performances. We offer private dance lessons too.
Studio 10 Dance is a beautiful, safe, and clean learning environment located in San Jose near Saratoga, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos and Santa Clara and we accept online registration. Come dance with us!
Acro Dance 1/2 is acrobatics for dance class. Students work with a certified acro instructor to build strength and flexibility needed for acrobatic dance, while learning fundamental acrobatic dance skills. This class is an excellent supplement to our Aerial and Contemporary Dance Programs
Acrobatics is gymnastics for dance. Students will use dance techniques mixed with precision acrobatic elements. Students will learn such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks
Acro Dance Classes are offered by Dance Studio 111 for all ages and skill level. Apart from honing their dancing skills, we also instill good character traits in our dancers. Our teachers inspire students, teaching them life skills they can carry off the stage.
Acro dance, or just acro, as it’s commonly called, is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with fluid acrobatic movements. It is very physically demanding and requires strength, control and flexibility.
Acrobatics (or acro) can be found in many of the performing arts. Combining classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements, acro is the execution of extraordinary feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. Our high-energy acro classes teach tumbling, tricks, and flexibility.
