Students build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and tumbling skills all while incorporating the art of dance in this class. Minimum of one year ballet required, no acrobatic experience necessary. Preschool Acro does not have any prerequisites. Students will be placed on ability, not age. We are an Acrobatic Arts certified studio. LS

Classical dance techniques are combined with presicion acrobatic elements to enhance performances. AcroDance classes include flexibility, balancing, and conditioning mixed with gymnastics elements to create a versatile dancer.

A class that focuses on teaching acrobatic skills and tricks that are useful to dancers. Dancers will build strength and flexibility while learning to safely perform acro tricks on their own and with partners.
Our Teen ACRO/ conditioning is designed for students who want to enhance their dancing with Acrobatic skills that increase strength and flexibility, and well as body awareness, coordination and control
Best Suited For: While beginners are welcome to join this session, some parkour or sport experience is suggested as a baseline level of strength and coordination will help immensely.
