All new tricks and tumbles are only introduced when appropriate strength and coordination are achieved. Advanced Acrobatics is for the students who have already mastered basic acrobatic skills. They will work on more difficult tricks such as aerials, hand springs and flips.
Upstaged Dance and Performance Studio is a community based dance school where you can learn to dance in a fun and safe environment while enjoying a supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
As a dance school full of young people we have a responsibility to have a positive influence on our students. We would also like to have an influence on homeless and disadvantaged young people in our community.

Acrobatics is a dynamic and important aspect of the performing arts and is very beneficial in the flexibility, and strength, of the dancer.
Acrobatics/Acro dance really focuses on the controlled skill and flexibility dancers need to expand their skill set as Acrobatics being connected to dance elements, will compliment the dancer.
This is a program that is equally interesting, exciting and inspiring for both girls and boys.
Acrobatics add back handsprings to the list of skills. This is a skill class only (no dance routine learnt) ABDS prides itself on safety and houses a number of different gymnastic matts to provide cushioning and support whilst students are learning their skills.
Project Dance is a member of the Acrobatic Dance Association which enables our students to learn from a purpose designed syllabus and participate in the examination program.
