Adobe Dreamweaver Essentials

This course introduces learners to the fundamentals of Adobe Dreamweaver including the interface, workspace, and creating sites.

At the completion of this course you should have the skills and knowledge to:

• Understand basic Internet and HTML concepts, identify the components of the Dreamweaver workspace, create a custom workspace, and preview pages in a browser
• Plan and define a Web site, create new web pages, work with the Files panel.
• Insert and import text to a web page; insert special characters; define a basic page structure; insert line breaks, and create lists.
• Use CSS to format a website; create external style sheets; create and apply class styles, and use the cascade effect.
• Add image placeholders, images, and rollover images to a web page; and connect web pages with links.
