DurationStarting from April Premier Pro will no longer be taught and will be replaced with Lightroom, this is more fitting with the other software taught on the course, learning how to edit photos, remove and manipulate them in photoshop and creating our own graphics in illustrator.

This 10 week introduction to the Adobe Suite will introduce you to some of the key aspects of working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
This course is for those aiming to take the first steps into the creative industry designing graphics, editing videos, and manipulating photographs.
You will learn how to use Photoshop for graphic design, Illustrator to design graphics, and Premiere Pro for editing video.
You will gain introductory knowledge of the software applications allowing you to make logos, edit and export videos for social media, and process imagery.
This 10 week course runs on a Tuesday evening from 6-8:30pm at Quarry Hill Campus in Leeds city centre.
Leeds City College is one of the largest further education institutions in the country with more than 20,000 students and is one of the biggest providers of apprenticeships regionally.
The college is part of Luminate Education Group, which consists of Leeds City College, University Centre Leeds, Leeds Sixth Form College, Keighley College, Harrogate College and Leeds Conservatoire.
The college operates out of three main campuses: Printworks, Park Lane and Quarry Hill with smaller provisions in communities across the city. The new Quarry Hill Campus, based in the Cultural Quarter in Leeds, opened in September 2019.
By the end of this course you’ll be confidently using Photoshop to manipulate and touch up your images.
Photoshop is used widely in the ID and CAD and graphic design community to layout images for moodboards, virtual styling, E-design and more. Interior designers use this to produce mood boards and colour up plans and make plans come to life.
This one-day instructor-led course aims to provide a solid working knowledge of the basics of Adobe Photoshop. After training, you will understand how to use the program’s interface and essential tools in order to enhance images, apply effects and work with layers.
You will learn the essential tools and techniques needed to make Photoshop work for you and much more.
The course includes topics such as layers, drawing, transformations, selections, masking, smart objects, adjusting layers, retouching and many more.
