Advanced OHS Act & Regulations and Managing Construction Safety

Health and Safety legislation as well as subordinate requirements on a construction site are covered enabling learners to develop Health and Safety policies and procedures. Learners are able to develop, implement and monitor Safety Plans and Systems & procedures.

Application of legislation pertaining to the law of evidence, the law of civil, law of delict and criminal law and procedure in the workplace is explained during the course. Learners are able to apply sections of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases legislation in the workplace.
