About ECS
The company was created in 2015 by two Doctors looking to change the way medical care was provided in the event industry. Today ECS spans event, ambulance and education sectors, with a clear ethos of ‘doing it right’.
Having worked in both hospital and pre-hospital settings, the Enhanced Care Services Directors realised that the care delivered at events often lacked the governance and procedures to drive safe practice.
In 2015, to solve this issue, and to support existing medical providers, ECS was developed. Led by two NHS Doctors, and with multiple years of pre-hospital and event medicine experience, Enhanced Care Services provides gold-standard medical cover; with the driving aim of raising the industry standard and improving the care patients receive.
ECS only uses those clinicians who have passed a rigorous selection process and remain compliant. A robust governance framework supports our work, with on-call consultant practitioners, Standard Operating Procedures for all interventions and top-level insurance.
Having developed a reputation for providing some of the best healthcare professionals in the industry, ECS developed their education and training team to harness the wealth of knowledge its clinicians had to further support industry standards by educating the next generation of clinicians. In addition, Ambulance Operations was formed, now seeing ECS deliver clinically focussed Emergency, HDU and Patient Transport across the South.
Today, ECS continues to grow its event provision, ambulance operations and education and is rapidly becoming known as one of the leading medical providers across the UK.
