Pre-Requisites

• Site - Hall/Classroom arrangements with projector and screen near practical site
• Basic Literacy
• Learner should > 18 years
• Physically fit and able to participate in practical activities
• Appropriate PPE -Harness,Helmets,Safety Shoes, Gloves & Snug fitting clothes
• Provision for two 15kg weights for practical
