You take your safety seriously, and so do we. Therefore, we believe accessing the proper operator safety training should be easy. We have created a scissor lift and boom lift blended training program to help educate you on proper operating procedure.

Complete the online theory training from the comfort of your own home at your leisure first, then contact your closest Lonestar Forklift location to book your practical assessment. Upon successful completion of the blended MEWP training course you will receive your OSHA and ANSI certified license to operate the two types of equipment.

Completing a practical assessment is required by law for scissor lift and boom lift training programs. In your practical assessment you will be given a chance to operate each type of equipment and put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

You will cover the fundamentals of navigating each type of equipment. One of our expert operator trainers will be onsite with you the entire time to offer assistance and guidance when needed. This portion of the certification will take up to 4 hours total depending on the size of the class.
