Welcome, I'm Lauren and I'm so glad you're here. I teach yoga classes in Southampton to enhance your inner joy.I firmly believe that joy is present within us all, all the time - but like a light it can be anything from dim to bright, depending on the day.

And as we weave our way through life it can sometimes feel like someone else controls the dimmer switch, can't it?The gift I choose is yoga - it allows me to brighten my joy light!

It's this feeling that brought me to sharing and teaching yoga in my hometown of Southampton. I've dedicated the last 17 years to practicing, studying and teaching the transformational art of yoga and wish to share it with you.

In my classes you can expect to move fluidly, breathe deeply while learning a little and laughing a lot. Whether it's physically, mentally or emotionally I hope your joy light brightens!
