Rekha is a sports enthusiast who had been playing field Hockey since the tender age of 11 . She had represented Tamilnadu state womens hockey team in all capacities,University team for 3 consequentive years during her hay days.
She currently captains and is also the fitness trainer of the Tamilnadu state women's masters hockey team and had led the team to great heights winning Gold and silver medal at National masters competitions held during the year 2019 and 2020.
