In the Aerobics class, you move from a humble to high pace regularly to music. It is an enjoyable rhythmic routine that you typically do in response to a music beat in a group and it feels quite like dancing with friends. CraWo’S recommends doing vigorous aerobics for 30 minutes a day for at least five days a week for losing weight. On average, a one-hour session of moderate to intense aerobics can burn anywhere between 550 and 800 calories.
