The word ‘aerobics’ means ‘with oxygen’ which refers that breathing controlling the amount of oxygen that can make it to the muscles to help them burn fuel and move. Aerobics has continuous beats or rhythms that follow with music and make you move from the modest to high pace. Generally, it is recommended that a person should do aerobics for at least 30 mins in 5 days a week for a healthy fitness routine.
It is generally cardiovascular conditioning that involves stretching and strength training routines to improve overall health i.e, it focuses on all the elements of fitness like flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness.
