As an Apprentice Data Analyst, you will:
Analyse and Interpret Data: Dive into our current customer base to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
Generate Leads: Use data tools and online research, including Google, to identify potential new businesses in the surrounding areas, ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines
Support the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales teams to provide actionable insights and high-quality leads to help them achieve their targets
Research and Strategise: Investigate market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy and identify gaps in the market
Database Management: Ensure all customer and lead information is accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM systems
Learn and Grow: Undertake a structured apprenticeship programme to develop your skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and lead generation
What We’re Looking For:
A keen interest in data analysis and business development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google tools, and other data research platforms (training will be provided)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Commitment to maintaining GDPR compliance and data security in all activities
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English; further qualifications are desirable but not essential
