In today’s training, we’ll discuss the various methods, controls, and equipment used to protect yourself against these dangerous particles in the workplace. By the end of this course, you should be able to:
Define asbestos where it may still be found
Recognize the health impacts of exposure to these particles
Identify engineering and administrative controls used to protect you against asbestos
Understand what PPE is required
Explain procedures in the event of accidental exposure
