The Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health helps learners by teaching them about stress, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, depression and anxiety that could occur in the workplace.
In todays hectic and busy world, stress and resilience issues are becoming more and more widespread, affecting all parts of both our work and personal lives, which in turn cause issues with relationships, both mental and physical health and cognitive skills.
This course is aimed at anyone who has not received any formal training, or little training and wants to improve their skills in mediation, conflict resolution and defusing difficult situations or people.
Our three hour Mental Health Awareness course is designed to give learners a greater understanding of what mental health is and how to be more empathetic and supportive of people experiencing mental ill-health in the workplace.
