Course Details

Economics and sociology are intrinsically linked, as the study of society is significantly shaped by economic factors, while economic activities are largely influenced by the societal context. This relationship allows for a comprehensive examination of the mechanisms that govern societal functioning, investigating the catalysts of economic growth, the root causes of unemployment, and the elements that contribute to individual happiness.

Syllabus

  • All applicants are advised to take note that undergraduate programs in the Schools of Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Humanities and Social Sciences, which offer three optional subjects, will implement the 3+3+1 model at our University. This structure requires that students admitted to these programs study all three majors during the first four semesters. In the final two semesters, students will be required to select one of these optional subjects as their primary major. The allocation of the third major will be determined as per the university policy.
