  • Pass a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or an equivalent from a recognised higher institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Pass a Diploma from a recognised higher institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Pass Matriculation/Foundation from a recognised higher institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
