Dedicated Badminton Courts
As avid players of one of the fastest growing sports in the world, we recognize the importance of having dedicated badminton courts designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
Our courts are designed using badminton specific anti-glare LED lighting and the latest sports sprung flooring, which is certified EN-14904 as required for Badminton floors. The suspended surface of our floors offer slight vertical give and side-to-side movement, providing forgiveness for players’ lower backs, knees, and joints. This is layered with BWF approved Victor Court Mats used for international tournaments for the best badminton playing flooring around!

Our online booking system will allow you to book courts for a casual session or long term bookings. You will be provided with a unique access pin-code for secure, automated entry to The Badminton Club (which you can easily share with your friends).

Badminton Training is offered by Altona Badminton Centre for all skill level. WSBA has a number of coaches ranging from Level 1 to Level 2. Our coaches have extensive coaching and playing experience training state and Australian players and developing our juniors.
Speedminton has been introduced to over 1600 Australian schools and offers racquet sport programs for students of all ages and skill levels: Play on any open surface, no net required.
Elevate your game. Geelong badminton academy offers both group and one-on-one coaching for schools, community groups and individuals at beginner, para, intermediate and elite levels.
In 2024, the ballarat badminton association will once again be offering our free primary school badminton/pickleball/floor curling clinics. All schools in the ballarat area have the opportunity to take up this offer, on a first in, first served basis.
We are able to visit schools in order to assist with badminton, or we can implement badminton from Grade 1 to Grade 12 (half or full day). These visits are done on a chargable basis and the costs will be invoiced.
