Course Details

Angela has chosen a few classics to broaden your skills from making the perfect sponge cake and creating the best cookies, to creating a traditional tin loaf.  Angela will share lots of inside tips that will help build your confidence as you work through the day.

Your Menu:

  • The Perfect Celebration Cake – first create a delicious lemon sponge cake, then fill with a luxurious lemon curd and mascarpone swirl. Then create a smooth finish with a white chocolate frosting and finish with Funfetti!
  • Delicious Biscoff Stuffed Cookies – my goodness these are good!!
  • Traditional Milk Loaf from Angela’s Bread Book – great for sandwiches and toast.
  • Angela will also demonstrate a lovely Savoury Baklava using seasonal vegetables, harissa, chickpeas, and dates; this will be served with seasonal sides for lunch.

All recipes and notes will be sent following the course.
