We have provided our extension students with Cecchetti training for the last two years and have been delighted with both their development of technique and artistry.
Cecchetti provides young dancers with a variety of opportunities to connect with dancers from around the country through various events scheduled throughout the year. It will be wonderful to extend our community beyond our studio. We are so very excited to lead our dancers along this new pathway, continuing their journey and fuelling their love of classical ballet further.

Classical is the foundation of most styles of dance and provides stability, strength, control and correct body alignment.
This class will focus on all aspects of ballet technique including barre work, centre and stretching. You’ll feel elegant, graceful and will see a noticeable difference in your posture and the way you carry yourself in no time.
It is the foundation for all other dance disciplines and encourages young children to achieve their personal best in the understanding, appreciation and performance of dance.
This course is ideal for late teens and students currently in high school. The one year course is designed to provide preparatory training for students seeking to achieve a high level of competency in dance, with a view to pursuing a career in musical theatre or commercial dance.
A timeless, internationally loved and globally influential art form. While we can't promise to turn you into the next star of the Australian Ballet, we can promise you will walk away with improved posture, strength and stamina.
