We are committed to being friendly, welcoming, inspiring and inclusive in everything we do, and work hard to create a sense of community within our academy, and the people we work with.
We offer weekly dance lessons for all ages and abilities – from children through to professionals, with as many adult classes as children’s.
All tutors are experts in their dance genres and are overseen by Anna, Hype’s Artistic Director.
Although they work to a Hype Dance curriculum she has devised, tutors have the creative freedom to bring their own personalities into their classes.
All adult classes are non syllabus-based to allow our tutors to work to the needs of the group, both physically and creatively, as well as to develop a well-rounded understanding of dance – having plenty of fun along the way!
Adult Ballet classes are offered by Whitchurch Dance Studio welcomes students aged 2 1/2 years to adults to a variety of classes.
Ballet uses the movement of the body to tell a story and express emotion. Ballet dance can be exciting, magical and thought-provoking.
Grade 2 Ballet (RAD) classes are offered by Zayna Dance Academy. Our goal is to give each individual dancer the tools they need to take dance as far as they dream to take it.

Adult ballet bbodance syllabus classes in Leeds. Beginner (Grade 3): For those new to ballet, we will learn the basic arm and feet positions, and master skills such as glissade, assemble, balancé etc.
