Jenie’s Dance School has been in NDG Montreal since 2004 and is one of the biggest ballet schools running businesses in NDG.

As the founder of Jenie’s Dance School, I wanted to start a school where kids could foster their passion for dance and ballet

. I created a legacy by having taught thousands of students over the history of the Jenie’s Dance School.

My attention to detail and clean lines are my trademarks. I honour the tradition of the classical ballet school and try to keep Jenie’s Dance School very true in the midst of media and pop culture.

I want children to stay children so they would grow to respect themselves and their bodies as they grew into teens and adults.

I hope that Jenie’s Dance School is a huge part of the growing up of the little dancers, and I realize that they are learning so much more than ballet.

They are learning so much about LIFE within the classroom walls.

They are learning about discipline within themselves, they are learning to express their feelings through movement, I hope they are gaining poise and confidence and they are learning how to be JOYFUL and RESPECTFUL to themselves and others.

By training and studying the excellence of ballet, I was learning what true COMMITMENT was. I would not be the person I am today without every moment I spent at the ballet hall.

I know Jenie’s Dance School is a very special place: the feeling of family, tradition and joy is felt everywhere.

At Jenie’s Dance School we celebrate the gift of every day. We stay positive in our teaching and still teach excellent body alignment and technique, and discipline within both. It is my continued goal as director and owner of the school to continue to inspire and teach excellence in the classroom, as well as create a safe environment to grow and learn.
