The instructor makes use of props and materials to stimulate the curiosity of the child and facilitate the understanding of the movement. Emphasis is given on creativity, expressiveness, and musicality while introducing a set syllabus.

Ballet classes offer progressive syllabus and creative movement exploration that contribute to a dancer’s increased coordination, posture and perseverance.
Our ballet teen classes provide a unique opportunity for teens and pre-teens who want to train in ballet but have limited or no experience in the discipline.

 A highly technical form of dance, that helps define the foundational techniques used in many other dance genres. It teaches posture, grace and balance, which will aid the growth of dancers in all genres.
In the same way that an NBA player needs to practice his free throw hundreds of times to build muscle memory and strength for when it counts, a dancer needs to practice their technique.
