After completing this class, students 5yrs+ can either choose to continue training in one of our recreational ballet classes, or move to our RAD(Royal Academy of Dance) training program.

SBS Offers A Variety Of Programs Suitable For Every Dancer
In the same way that an NBA player needs to practice his free throw hundreds of times to build muscle memory and strength for when it counts, a dancer needs to practice their technique.
This class is geared towards older teens/adults students who are beginners. Students will progress through all the fundamentals of ballet once a week and progress in areas of strength, flexibility, allegro, pirouettes, adage, etc.
Dancers are introduced to the fundamentals of ballet while working on improving alignment, strength, and flexibility. Classes run all dance year for 45 minutes a week, with a year-end recital routine.
